Free Beginners' Class on Sundays

The Black Box used to offer free beginners' classes on Wednesdays at 6pm and Saturdays at 10am. We've now switched to Saturdays and Sundays at 10am. Yesterday's beginners' class had 20 people! I'll be curious to see how many people we get for today's beginners' class.

If you've been thinking of coming down to the Black Box to get some, I can't think of a better time. See you at 10am!

Did the WOD in Brooklyn.

Erica and Sam beat me. They are both turning into CF monsters! Avery did some substitutions that made it look worse than the RX'd version.

I was absolutely astonished at what has been accomplished by our members at the Brooklyn site.

Just wondering are there going to be classes resuming at the Brooklyn location?

We're currently figuring out how to get Brooklyn up and running as quickly as possible. We'll have more details in the Tuesday Rest Day post and in future Rest Day posts thereafter.

My shoulder friendly WOD sub at the Brooklyn space...
