Brian waht were you doing there? I know it was something I could not do or at alt least do well-but what was it?
We've recently been teaching bar levitation skills in class, as Brian is well demonstrating here.
Quick Question: What time is class on Sunday? Its listed differently on the main site versus the mindbody sign up online.
Hey just wanted to say its great to see the sight and the links again guys. I come here every day to see what interesting reading material you have lined up. I am glad its back. Hopefully your new box will be up and ready soon. I will definitely stop by the next time I am in New York.
Michelle, Brian's dropping the weight from overhead after doing a clean and jerk.
Hey everyone, I've got a friend training for a triathalon and he's looking to find a relatively inexpensive pool in Manhattan (or close by in one of the boroughs/Jersey).
Any suggestions?

I have no first hand experience with any of these places, but they're super cheap.
4 rounds + 10 C&J (full squat cleans/36# for shoulder)
This was much harder than a "Nancy". The stabilization required for an OHS is difficult enough, but I think with the C&J which is a more dynamic multi-part movement, it generally requires more explosive power than the OHS. Starting with that first instead of the run immediately fatigues your legs and hips.
There just didn't seem to be any point and time where your legs had a chance to "rest" unless you stopped moving completely. I wouldn't be surprised to see this turned into a benchmark workout with four or five rounds for time. I need to work on my cleans more since they have fallen to the wayside while dealing with the shoulder stuff. They are a weak link in the chain. Thanks Coach P for the instruction this morning!

3 Rounds
Brutal. I never seem to learn to slow down on the runs.
