Instead I made up my own WOD at home.

8 tuck jumps
8 thrusters w/ pair of 25# DBs
8 pull ups
8 chest clap push ups
8 split jumps
8 overhead walking lunges w/ 35# DB (4 each left/right, 4 each walking forward/backward)
8 swings w/ 55# DB
8 double unders
Couldn't follow the RX as posted for Allison's bday as the gym I was in had no barbells, no pullup bar, and someone took my rower while I was completing everything else.

It wasn't so much the weight as the lack of confidence in my ripped-up hands that caused the suck.
Good work by everyone this morning, including 1-armed 45lb barbell snatches from Josh, which turned out to be not as retarded an idea as it sounds.
