Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    I intended to do this one at home but after trying a few practice pullups, my abs are still so sore from the ghd that pullups are incredibly painful!
    I do not think i’ll be setting any new records today..

    I did these at McCarren Park and totally sucked, 10, down from last time. I’m feeling your pain Sam, those leg lifts killed, but it’s the good mornings that got my hamstrings really burning. Those always seem to get me there whereas the back extension doesn’t trouble the backs of the legs. Been feeling wonky ever since anyway.
