This isn't really a fair statement. I think Brendan is expressing what a fair number of us feel-namely that we have been here before and would prefer that this blog stays positive, focused and supportive, even if that normally takes a jocular tone. Besides, he is entitled to his opinion of the situation as much as anyone else.
If you and Hari have an issue (and I am not sure that an issue exists), handle it personally or through email. We know where this is going and I think a good portion of us would prefer to avoid the drama. That is not to say that I know, or even really care, whether Hari was baiting you. That is between you and him. I think both of you (and Erica) are inspiring in different ways and that all of you have a good claim to the (apparently) coveted title of diehard without any modifiers attached. All three of you have punked me in various WOD's despite giving up a significant weight, height, age, limb, whatever, advantage to me. I have seen all of you gut through workouts and that has pushed me to not only do more and hurt more, but to want that, sometimes so bad I can taste it.

How does this sound?
1/2c almond meal (TJ's)
1/3c cocoa powder (TJ's)
1/4c coconut oil (cheaper to buy the flakes from a health food store).
3 drops of stevia extract (NOW)
2 packets of splenda
1/4 stick of butter
1/8c coconut milk
1/8c heavy creamer
Combine sugar and cream over medium heat. When hot add chocolate. Stir. Put in freezer for 10mins. Roll in balls. Back in freezer for 10mins. Enjoy!
