    Stayed at 95lbs to work on form since I’m still stuck in Power Snatch mode, with my knees and hips swinging forward when I receive the bar. Added 1 OHS from top to the last 4 sets to work on depth. Managed to fail a rep because I wasn’t being aggressive enough. 9×1 (failed 8th)

    Worked out at my friend’s place in Suffolk Co.
    5 Mile run- 44 min. Slow pace, but a nice break back into running.
    Then- 3 rounds of one minute each of:
    135 # bench
    45 # thruster
    ~60 # Lat pull down close grip
    Weird format because of home gym restrictions. Too much on bench, too light on thrusters, a little light on lats, but ended up with: 154 reps.
    Good times.

    65# or less on all sets and related drills, and I’m still brutally sore.
    Clearly, we all need plenty more snatch work.

    Getting over a cold this week, just right at the end of it .Done on Saturday: CF WUx3 then one arm alternating DB snatch, 65#-65-65-65-60-60-60
