I wanted to hit 225 today, but those Fs slowed me down. I was getting closer with each attempt and knew that I had it in me. Lots of visualization and concentration is what makes those big lifts go up. I think my lifting will improve when I’m not as self conscious about dropping the weights. Hesitation doesn’t work when oly lifting. Adam Definitely Keith. When you know in the back of your head you can just drop the weight if you miss it, you will more aggressive. Kevin I’m all for going outside and dropping weight. Lord knows I am very self conscious lifting heavy at the box.
