With Eva Claire visiting from CF Boston, we took on her namesake workout:
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
20 Push Jerks (105# / 75#)
40 Double Unders
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (2 pood / 1.5 pood)

    3 rounds of pain + 20 sumo deadlift high pulls (1 pood)
    Also got my first double unders ever! Really excited to get 30 in the last two rounds.

    Lesson learned today, one cannot forge elite fitness while suffering from a hangover.
