i am currently on a break after doing the sit ups and squats and only 25 push ups. i think the word "fun" as used in connection with any kind of pull ups is being used atmospherically.

Kim-it was REALLY a distant and pathetic cousin because as I was doing the sit ups my 7 year old son said mommy-i think u need some kettlebells to keep ur feet down. :O
FYI, I think the road rash from the situp is from rocking the butt off the floor when you go back. I think if one keeps there butt down on the floor the whole time, it is less abbrasive. It never bothers me so I'm not sure why so many of you are experiencing this except that I have noticed some of you lift your butts up when your shoulders go back to the floor. Perhaps this deserves further study.
you can get pilonidal cysts from doing sit-ups on uncushioned surfaces--it happened to my brother. not fun! it's why i hate doing sit-ups without mats. if you're stuck on the hard floor, and your tailbone tends to chafe, you're probably better off doing crunches or flutterkicks. mmmm flutterkicks.
Was the "300" any harder than Angie which has 400 reps? (or the other girls)
I have to say, I'm sorer today than I've ever been from a XFit workout. And yesterday, after Angie, my muscles were just shaking for a couple of hours. Rode my bike for an hour today for active recovery.
I sustain listening to precise news speak about getting free on the internet grant applications so I have been looking around for unique greatest website to get one.

Seven year olds are so cute!
I used dumb bells to keep my feet down. That was one of the cheats I forgot to mention. I'm sure they're others. So my Angie is not much better.
Anyone found a way to avoid the dreaded road rash from the situps? I put down a towel and taped up. It not as bad as last time, but still....
