10 Burpees
20 Barbell Thrusters
20 Burpees
10 Barbell Thrusters
30 Burpees
Men use 65#, Women use 45#.

    Did cindy for 16 rounds 10 hours ago so this sucked a lot. The burpee thruster one.

    tues–
    warmup(?) with:
    30 snatches at 31# for time
    30 C&J at 52#
    then:
    thrusters and burpees: 17:17 (my time sucked)
    90min Anusara yoga class
    Cant wait for Weds rest day
