Updates

People have been commenting that they want more frequent updates on the site. So here you go…
Todays workout was “Li’l Linda”
10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of the following
Deadlifts
Planche pushups
Hang squat cleans
Tomorrow’s workout will be:
5 rounds for time of:
20 walking lunges
30 pushups
40 situps
50 squats

    Kim- I am there at 1230! but I will NOT be taking the yoga class I planned on taking at 9 am! And i WILL be doing the “girlie” pushups and I don’t care what Josh says about it! :0
    If I start about now I may finish all 5 rounds by 1:30!

    and i thought lil linda was murder. those planche pushup (even w/ KW helping me) were tough. After reviewing the movts i didnt get past 10, 9, 8 since I had another committment.
    Maybe 3 rounds today but 5….Josh are you more forgiving than that?
    I’ll be there….

    did modified push-ups
    weights on my feet for sit-ups

    i was ready to give up after 3 rounds but keitj in his way encouraged me to go. time:38:53. not so good but sacrum was sore from situps. they really did me in!
    after middle of 1st round: subbed knee pushups
    mid 4th round–subbed some leg lifts for situps

    Yea, I have burst blisters on my ass as well.
    It’s NOT funny!
    Okay, it is funny. But no laughing – out loud.
    Seriously, how do you prevent this? I get blisters every time I do situps.

    That was intense on Friday I’m feeling it today. I planned on going to todays 1030 class but decided it would be best to rest.
