Running in circles

Five rounds for time:
Run 200m
20 squats
10 pullups
Times ranged from 9 minutes to 13 minutes.
We played on the rings afterwards and did some skin the cats.

    My name is Nichole and I am a Crossfitter also! I have been doing Crossfit about 2 years now and love it. I live in San Diego and go to Brand X Martial Arts. I will be out in New York Nov. 11 – Nov. 16 and I don’t want to give up Crossfit while I am gone. I am not sure how to get information about your Crossfit but I was hoping someone could reply to me with your class times and location. Thanks so much

    Just unecessary what you said. The whole thing was in Portuguese, so you can see I am not trying to impresse anyone. Not trying to be tough either, but when I have lots of collegues in Brasil doing curls and crunches asking me how I have been training, it doesn’t hurt anyone to show a little what I have learned from my buddie Jason C Brown, right!?

    If you’re still going to be in New York in Nov I have a guest pass for a week at Equinox Fitness Club, which you can check out on line . You could use the equipment and do a work out. Let me know if you are interested.
