On the Run

This morning’s group of ten featured CFNYC locals, along with visitors from the North (Toronto) and West (Denver).
The workout for today was Cindy on the Run:
Five Rounds for Time:
400m Run
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Squats
This week we once again looked at some muscle-up skill drills: false grip practice, high-finish pullups, and jumping muscle-ups.
Finishing things off, we cycled through a head-to-head one minute knees-to-elbows challenge, then headed off to brunch.
Also worth noting: per brunch discussion, we’re cranking at ever-increasing speed towards a CFNYC home of our very own. With luck, we should be up and running within a month.
