I suppose we could have made an effort to do the WOD as prescribed today since there were only 4 of us and 2 rowers and 2 benches. However, I thought it would be fun to modify the WOD so we could all suffer at the same time. We warmed up with situps, back extensions and gluteham situps.

30 Kettlebell Swings
50 Pushups
40 Kettlebell Swings
40 Pushups
50 Kettlebell Swings
30 Pushups

That was really hard. Ouch! We finished with some 20lb weighted pullups.

If the Sun is out, we will be in the park tomorrow. If it's raining, then you can all sleep in.
