Four of us put our lower backs on the line, to re-face Kettle-hell, a great workout consisting of:
3 Rounds:
20 KB Deadlifts
20 KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls
20 2-arm KB Swings
20 KB Snatches (or one-arm swings), left hand
20 KB Snatches (or one-arm swings), right hand
Ouch.
