Tonight, after the CF Warmup, we shot through two consecutive workouts, previously collectively known as Scott's Mom:

With 65# Barbell:

Overhead Squats; max reps, immediately followed by
Front Squat; max reps, immediately followed by
Back Squats; max reps.

Rep Totals:
Alan: 87
Dan: 73
Josh: 100

Then, with 45# Barbell:

Military Press; max reps, immediately followed by
Push Press; max reps, immediately followed by
Push Jerk; max reps.

Rep Totals:
Alan: 60
Dan: 100
Josh: 121

Finished up with a look at some old-time strongman moves, the Turkish Getup and the Bent Press.

Hey Guys, I am a New Yorker, I live in Valley Stream and work in Bklyn am curently stationed in Iraq at least for the next 90 dys. Got hooked on CrossFit while here and am looking to work out when I get home. Is there anywhere in Nassau County or closer to my job in BK that does CrossFit that you know of? I will certainly look you guys up when I return home in May.

At the moment, we're the only affiliate in and around NYC; however, as more and more people start up CF, I suspect some additional branches will be popping up in other boroughs, Westchester, Long Island, etc.
