Playing with Cindy’s Snatch…

Today Court, Scott and I decided to play with Cindy’s Snatch. It looked like this:
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 one-arm snatches with each arm. 35lbs
10 pushups
15 squats
Keith 11 rounds
Scott 10
Court 9
Brutal. Simply brutal.


  • While these workouts are going downhill fast, the names seem to be declining even faster.
    Sadly, a breakfast meeting precluded my joining in, but I think I’ll be giving this a whirl myself later today.

  • This workout was truly crossfit style, including the fact that we did it outside in the 95 degree weather. Add a few big loops on the front and back of it and we could name this one. Josh? you need to come out and play with us.

  • Cleaning on Sunday, Fran on Monday, Cindy’s snatch on Tuesday equals sore Scott
